EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, zapatoconfortable allows you to exchange or return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (for defective items, zapatoconfortable must be notified within 72 hours).
To return or exchange a product, it must be in its original packaging, with its tags attached, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must include your order or provide the return number.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To get started, log in to your www.zapatoconfortable.com account and access the Orders section. Go to the order you want to return and click "Details." You'll access the order, select the item(s), tell us why you want to return it, and whether you'll send it yourself or prefer to use our service. Then click "Request a refund."
We will receive your request and process it as soon as possible, providing you with instructions on how to proceed.
SIZE, MODEL, OR COLOR EXCHANGES
For these types of exchanges, you must return the item(s) that do not fit you, indicating that it is an exchange
in the text of the return. You must then place a new order with the new item(s).
We will refund the import fee for the first item(s) ordered within 14 days (this period may vary depending on the bank) after shipping the item(s).
REMEMBER
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted after 14 calendar days of receipt. They will also not be accepted if the item is damaged, delivered outside its original packaging, or has been used. If you believe the item is defective, you will have a maximum of 72 hours to notify us and/or process the return. In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, the return shipping costs will be borne by zapatoconfortable.
